The missus went to Trader Joes yesterday and picked up a package of pizza dough and some mozzarella cheese. Add a sliced tomato,some fresh basil from the garden,a little EVOO and S & P. And,voila, we have lunch!
 
that looks great. i like simple food like that. we don't have a tj so we get our dough from winco which is not bad at all. i'm really wanting to do more pizza but not now when its near a 100 deg.
 
Thanks for the compliment,George! As far as the heat,my gasser is three steps from the house! Also,on our pergola,we installed an outdoor ceiling fan. Works great,totally water-proof,and keeps us cooland bug free!
