Time per lb based on temp?

Made a deal w/my sister to smoke a turkey for turkey day if she'd host at her house this year. Never done a whole turkey. Gonna be doing a practice run on Sunday. I'm good on all the details except time/temp per lb. I'm looking for a chart/table that will give an idea of what the cook times per lb are at different temperatures. If it matters, the bird is just shy of 11lbs and I plan to ice the breasts before cooking to help them finish w/the thighs. This will be done on my 18.5 WSM
