What are the dimensions from handle to handle?

@EricV., sorry, Eric, I missed this question! My pan is 16", and from handle to handle is just a bit over 20" measured to the outside of the handles.

What’s proper maintenance for these? I saw people complaining about rusting quick. Is that a product of using on a flat top stove or wrong cleaning procedure?

I plan on treating it similar to cast iron, wash & dry thoroughly, followed by a light layer of cooking oil.
