Three Pound Brisket

How should I smoke this?

It's barely small enough to place in a one-gallon Ziploc bag. I thought about seasoning it with one or two packages of McCormick marinate (in a bag), or I could use salt & pepper. I picked a brisket with a small fat cap and some marbleization.
 
Forgot to post back, but the smoke went well. The meat was very juicy and tender in places. I decided to go with the McCormick's marinate (3 days in the fridge). Friends and family said it tasted outstanding, but I was a bit underwhelmed. The outside was a bit tough, and I thought the meat could have had more flavor. Maybe I'll try a different approach the next time.
