Friday evenigs cook. Venison kabobs w/ sweet onions. Kabobs seasoned with Mac~A ~Tac wild game spice, hickory smoked salt, and W sauce.

Sunday was a busy day. Alot going on during the cook so no action pics, just the money shot.
Alder planked cod with a chile ginger glaze, served with oyster sauce carmelized garlic green beans,
and a somen noodle salad.
