Richard C TVWBB Member Jan 21, 2013 #1 12hrs on my WSM @ 225-250ish. Cherry/Apple/Hickory mix. Wrapped and foiled for 3hrs while Burnt Ends finished. Flavor was great but I though slightly on the dry side. Family though it was fine. Burnt Ends came out perfect.
