Lots of different ways to do ribs, what's the plan? As you've probably noticed from previous calls for help there is usually someone around who can answer questions and give advice.
I have a four hour plan in plan in place. Wrap for the third hour. Made sauce and rub today. Lighting the fire at 11:30 PST tomorrow. Have secured friends to bring lunch and will be serving Moscow Mules while we sit by the fire. Stay tuned!
