This might deter me from grilling tonight.

And I do say MIGHT. Last night when I hit the rack it was just raining a little. the snowblower has had its exercise twice in four hours!
I’m just glad I don’t feel like I need to go anywhere. Tomorrow I will need blower fuel though. I will need to take granddaughter to her class in the morning so, I will be out. Just a short hop to Costco from the college so, it should all work out just fine!

It was half that deep when I blew at 9:30! This is 2:15!

We usually get lots of white stuff in this part of the state, but this year everyone else is getting it, including the in-laws who just moved to Delaware. According to my father-in-law "We don't get snow this close to the ocean" 12" the other day.

Stay safe Tim

We got maybe 1/4" here in greater Rockford area. Literally just skated by us. So glad too. I just was NOT in the mood

Measured 10” on the table! More coming down until late tonight. I will fire the blower in the morning before I take granddaughter to classes, IF they have them.

It’s 3* out right now. Grill is getting fired up for dogs and burgers.
Good! The pan roasted pork chops were really good, I have not done them in years, with the leftover AuGratin potatoes and, creamed spinach to clear the fridge of “stuff” made for a rich dinner though. Were I doing dogs or burgers, I might have had to sweep and de-ice the kettle.
So, Tim, gas or charcoal?

I haven’t tried any pan roasted. Although I’ve got a couple ideas.

Gas. The Traveler. Inside the garage with the door wide open haha.

I did some steak au' poivre with a couple prime filet mignon last night. Made a delicious pan sauce, some mashed potato and a nice salad. Too cold and windy for my tired old bones outside
