I had thoughts of trying 4 by doing them on edge but they were a little too tall to fit between the grates. However two 8 pounders will provide plenty of PP.

250° for 2 hours on here, then it went into the FEC100 so I don't really have much specs for this cook. I was just playin'

did the ends get charred? When I did chicken and sausages on the mini I put the sausages around the edges of the grate and they burnt a bit, which was fine.

I was going to say that!
I bet the 14.5 you could cook 'em hot and fast (at 300 to 350) and it's still turn out awesome... I like to take one for a test drive...
