This is how I ( repair ) the rusty frame rail that the bolt goes through to the cook box .....purist just look away


 
Edit: You want the tube connectors but not like the ones you pictured. You want ones that go fully into the tubes. They have two of those star shaped things, but don't have the round silver thing on them.

I am not sure what "alumi weld sticks" are unless they are those As seen on TV things. I would be interested to know if those things work like they say they do.

Yep those are what I ordered exactly was just too lazy to copy and paste from my order. I just hope I got the tube diameter correct....they arrive on Monday. I am happy to say I just noticed a little grill buying up tick today.....other then today it had slowed down a bit. I only have one nice lookin Silver A and a grumpy looking A with no doors that are ready....gotta get these red heads in the mix quick!!!!
