Thin slicing pastrami

Looks identical to the no-name one I got from Harbor Freight Tools for $20. It won't do what you're looking to do-- the thinnest it will slice is about 1/8".

I have a decent meat slicer and it works great on pastrami. One important tip (that for some reason took me a while to learn) is to slice the meat cold. It works WAY better cold than hot.

I picked this Globe gravity feed 12" slicer up on Ebay last fall for a very good price. It was sitting for along time and needed some serious cleaning and lubed up. Had to put new sharpening stones on it and free up the table adjustment on it. I broke the gear that adjusts the table but found one pretty easy. It was made in 1955 and works great now. I sliced up my Canadian bacon on it that i made several weeks ago and love it. I have less than $200.00 wraped up in it.
