Thighs Legs and Breasts... Raise the Jolly Rodger!

Got a pretty good deal on chicken leg quarters at local butcher 0.69/lb... Bought 2 -10 lb bags ..

Marinated the thighs and half the brsts in this ...(overnight per mr lampe recommendation, Thamk you sir)

For the little yinzers...Marinated legs and some of da brsts in plain ole Italian drsg then seasoned with weber mesquite..

Threw on a pack of turkey cheddar sausages as well...

Cooked em all up on da ole gasser n'at... Indirect , then finished direct ...

Tried to stay hydrated with a few cold ones while listening to my beloved buccos beat da braves 4-2 on the radio

Plated up with some green beans, berry muffins and homemade Mac n cheese...

The chicken was excellent.. Moist and spicy!!
