I usually prefer bone in chops, but Harris Teeter had some 2" thick boneless pork loin chops on sale. Rubbed then with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper, and grilled them indirect for about 20 minutes. Finished them over the coals with a couple chunks of apple wood. Roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms in garlic and white wine on the side.
