Thermoworks gear for Father’s Day


 
I'm a big T-Works fan. I recommend getting some of the shorter meat probes to go with. The range on the remote pendent is really impressive...

The alarms on these things are super loud... you can disable them in the menu settings, but the little icon that shows the alarm on or off status is pretty tiny. I posted something about that once upon a time, but can't find it now. If you have any trouble disabling them (or turning them back on), give us all a shout and we'll help out.
 
I have the original Smoke and I had to mute the base as it was loud enough the neighbors could probably hear it.

I’m looking forward to the new gear - hopefully the learning curve is short. Really looking forward to not having to tend WSM as much on the overnight cooks.
 
I also have a smoke, and bought the X4 to run a billows on my BGE.

Best insurance for overnight cooks in my opinion.
 
I've got the Signals and Billows for my WSM. It works pretty well but can be frustrating at times also. The Smoke X4 is probably a more bulletproof option because you aren't dealing with Wifi and a phone app.
