The WSM is GREAT

Put a 5 lb brisket on the smoker this morning and other than the occassional adjustment to the vents the WSM is purring along at 275 F grate temperature.

It took maybe a 1/2 hour to set it up and get it going with the Weber Charcoal Chimney and in a matter of minutes when the brisket was loaded the smoker was up to temp and running fine.

What a fantastic smoker, what a great site the Virtual Weber Bullet is and what a great forum. I think Chris Allingham is really Santa Clause! /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I couldn't agree with you more. I bought my WSM in July and have been cooking on it about twice a week. The thing that make it such a great cooker is this site. Chris has done a great job. With out all his hard work I'm sure I would not be using the WSM as much as I am. Thanks Chris!!!
