No spoilers, but it is really killing it. Im not sure how many non grillers get it.

I loved that episode. I just stumbled upon it and once I saw the smoker I watched the whole show. I love how Marge changed her tune once she smelled the smoke.
 
the best part for me was after she ate the first rib " now I know what gluttony feels like".

I like how Alton brown allowed them to use his name and likeness for the " chow" network but for some reason, a loud mouth chef who goes around challenging people by making their specialty in a contest named Johnny Boom from NYC is side splitting funny.

Plus anything that features nelson muntz has my seal of approval.
