The right injector?

We would like to try injecting a shoulder and have been looking locally for an instrument for the job. We went to a kitchen store, where they told us they were all out...except "the one" which they pulled one out from behind the counter....holy smokes!!! HUGE, stainless steel, with a needle which must be considered a lethal weapon. I think we'd have to get a locking gun cabinet just to store it safely.
Is this the type we need?

Since you live in the Northwest, most of the sporting goods stores have injectors in their BBQ sections. Check GI Joes, Fred Meyer or Walmart.
 
Phyllis found them at the cooking shop at Redmond Town Center although GI Joes will probably be better. I had a problem with the green and clear plastic Cajun Injector. Their customer service could not have been better. The really big one which I picked up at Cabela's leave's a big hole for the marinade to dribble out of and is only suitable for big beasts IMO. The Grocery Outlet in Monroe had the Cajun Injector Marinades for 50 cents a jar. Not sure if they still do.
 
Thanks guys for the replies! Sounds like the unit I saw may have been a bit on the big side...I would like the liquid to remain inside! (:
