Just got the 22.5 today and I'm firing that bad boy up tomorrow. That said, how long does it take to put the thing together? Can't do it tonight because I'm not home. Just wanted to get an idea of approximately how long it should take.

8:26A - Well, I guess I jinxed myself with the statement above.
So I get the smoker out this morning and have everything arranged so assembly will be a snap because I'm ready for some ribs. Shortly after setting the lower bowl on the legs, I realize I'm missing all of the bolts, washers and nuts...YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I'm furious, just livid!
So I call Weber, and things go downhill from here. I wasn't extraordinarily nice but I wasn't mean either, just short. I told the lady how frustrated I was that I could spend this much money on a smoker and they couldn't ensure all the parts are in the box. This is what set me off...she said, "I'm in Chicago, so I can't bring them to you personally right now..." I let her know rather quickly that I'm not interested in her smart*** remarks, I just want my **** parts.
Long story made short, I won't get my parts till Tuesday, and I won't be having ribs and chicken with friends tonight. Looks like the only thing that will salvage the day is some beer and Talladega.
Not a big fan of Weber at this moment...
