It's a great smoker...can't say good enough things about it.
Ok onto some stuffed burgers and baked beans with maple syrup.
This was after 3 hours of smoking @ 250... the cast iron pan underneath was shielding the burgers for a long slow cook. Never had a better smoke ring on burgers.
The jumbo mini has that vent on the bottom so i put the handle on it to open it up for sears...here we go
