The final piece to my KP puzzle

I broke down and ordered the prograte and tombstone and received it yesterday. And I must say, if you don't have it, get it. Very much worth it IMO. The main reason I got it is because it gives you more clearance in the opening to launch your pizza and rotate throughout the cook.

So, I decided earlier today to give it a test. A cheese for the little ones and a pepperoni and jalapeño for my wife and I.

Sure looks great, much better than my last attempt a few nights ago. Got to much wood burning and turned a pizza into a lump of coal in under two minutes. Not a pretty sight.

This was last minute so I picked up som pizza dough from the Nugget Market (grocery store)
