The Battery Snow Blower I got

So a while back I posted about converting as much of my out door equipment off gasoline to battery electric. I have 2 pieces of battery snow removal equipment. A little SnoJoe 40V electric "shovel" and my Toro Power Clear 60V snow blower. Gotta say was able to use the Toro first time yesterday and today. Love it. Way easier to use than the gas one I sold, cleans way better and is really fast. Highly recommend it. And of course very quiet so with the help of it's powerful LED flood light, even before sunup cleaning is easy

I'm lovin my Ryobi 40v single stage snow blower.
Did my back , side and front drive along with my neighbors across the street and still only used 1 bar.
Still have my 2 stage gasser, but so far this year no need for that .

I think I blew up the hydraulics, the second I engage the auger it stalls. I've checked it pretty good, I can't find any jams. I think she broke

From better days

Chuck, your machine looks pretty much like mine except for the color. Are you running it on full speed when it stalls? I don't think anything is run hydraulicly on those, just cables and belts. Could just be a bad carburetor.

I was thinking anything's possible since the little Honda walk behind mower I had, used a miniature hydrostatic transmission. Actually was a pretty cool little device. So I didn't pay too much attention to the brand as I guess I could see Honda pulling off something like that, if they did it with my mower :D

After seeing the other comments, I guess not. I'm hoping it could be the Carb (I did replace the jets) or the belts, or possibly (my guess, thanks Tim) greasing the Pulleys
If it runs good otherwise and engaging the auger is the only thing that kills it then I would look there first.
