...for not being on here for a long time!

I grabbed some of my frozen pulled pork out to have some brunch out by the pool. "Honey, am I out of #5 sauce?" No big deal, I thought, I'll just log on and make some real fast. I timed out all 5 attempts to remember my password...I'd have to wait 15 minutes to try again.

Well, I couldn't wait and had to use, gasp, store bought, house-brand BBQ sauce!
 
Jeff, don't fret that awful taste will go away with time. I have two bottles of #5 in the fridge at all times. When one runs out I make a new batch and move on to the second bottle. To help my feeble mind I have the recipe taped onto both bottles.
Just used it like a pizza sauce on a pulled pork pizza, worked great and was outstanding.
