Completely sad question- what does PSB stand ford? I've seen it coming up a bunch, always with beef, so i'm guessing that is the B, but what about the P and S? Peppers? S??

M it stands for a great recipe listed here on this site, I vary it slightly and slice rather than pull it. It is Pepper Stout Beef, made with Guiness Stout as the broth. Try it you will like it.
