Thanks Chris for starting this board and site.
Thanks everyone else for your contributions.

My turkey was a HIT! I have never had a more juicy, flavorful bird.

Mikeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Happy Thanksgiving and best wishes to Chris and everyone who posts here. I've been to most of the forums on the net, and by far, this is the most informative and friendliest place around!

Yes, thanks to everyone on this board for being so helpful. I did three turkey breasts this year and the smoked bird was definitely the favorite of the group.

Many happy wishes to everyone and their friends and families.

Happy smoking!

You know every once in a while someone post thanking chris and the buddies here for the freindly site, great suggestions and help with everything........

IT NEVER GETS OLD...CUZ ITS SOO SOO TRUE...

my family and i are eating better then weve ever eatin before...the other day i brought to work one of my monster ribs.....the whole school was smelling that hickory....

thanks from me and my fam....

My thanks go to Chris as well!

I cooked two turkey breasts (5 1/2 and 5 3/4 pounds) at a grate temp of about 310*F (equating to about 325*F at the lid). They took about 2 1/4 hours, were dark mahogany, and had crispy skin. A great success.

Just when I'd decided to do only turkey breasts this year, Chris came up with the Recipe of the Month. Perfect timing!
