Thanks to everyone who helped answer my many questions concerning my first pork shoulder smoke. Although it didn't go smoothly, the end result was delicious. I think I am hooked!

BTW, my son moved to Greeley this year and my 24 yr. old granddaughter works at Ruby Tuesday in Fort Collins. They all like it out there.

Keep at it and you'll iron out the kinks I'm sure. IMO, there is nothing better than kicking out fantastic food and making it look easy.
