Just watched the revisit video of how to debone a pork butt.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Chris for the videos he does. They are very helpful, very informative, easy to follow, and entertaining.

Now when I bugger up a piece of meat either trimming or deboning it, I don’t feel so inept.

Sometimes. Mostly if I need cubed pork for Chile Verde, Carnitas, and such.
