Dan,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this was on the 'Trading' forum. They are giving away a pair of gloves if you buy two bags of rub. You could have gotten two bags and the gloves for about the same price that you paid for the one bag of rub and gloves.

"Just type in the code word “gloves” during the checkout process in the promotion code area and you will receive a pair of gloves for each 2 bags of rub you purchase. So if you buy 4 bags of rub you will get two pairs of gloves. It is that simple. By the way, you won’t see the gloves in the shopping cart at checkout but we will get them in your box when they are shipped."

I too stopped making my own rubs after discovering TBR. Now, it goes on a ton of stuff, all my smoked meats get it, as well as some steaks and stuff. Also, in the filling we make for ABTs, that's the "secret" flavor in there. Wonderful stuff, and made by people that do BBQ, not some spice rack wussy who doesn't know what long heat does to spices. Great stuff!
