Thank you. The honey is 1 part to .25 parts warm water. This way the honey forms a light glaze and isn’t thick or sticky. That’s what lends to the char forming. Like a very thin candy coating.Looks great. Love that bit of char you got.

all i've had to make, which i wanted to make, was a salmon the other night and these chicken thighs. i did a redo on my matzo ball soup last night turning it into a manhattan style chowder with onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, tomato paste all in the chicken stock and added in the already cooked matzo balls. two servings and i was quite full. otherwise it's been leftovers and just not eating as last weeks food was too, just too dang filling.Wait you’re alive after Passover?
