Tequila lime honey chicken thighs

Looks great. Love that bit of char you got.
Thank you. The honey is 1 part to .25 parts warm water. This way the honey forms a light glaze and isn’t thick or sticky. That’s what lends to the char forming. Like a very thin candy coating.

SPG, chili powder, cumin, 2 limes squeezed, cooking oil, tequila to your tasting. I probably had 4 oz in this for 12 boneless skinless thighs.

Very simple and easy cook.

Wait you’re alive after Passover? I was worried you passed over after all that amazing food!
all i've had to make, which i wanted to make, was a salmon the other night and these chicken thighs. i did a redo on my matzo ball soup last night turning it into a manhattan style chowder with onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, tomato paste all in the chicken stock and added in the already cooked matzo balls. two servings and i was quite full. otherwise it's been leftovers and just not eating as last weeks food was too, just too dang filling.

i'll get back to my regularly scheduled programming starting sunday, so i think.
