This needs to be on your "TO VISIT" places when you go thru Memphis. Corky's and Charlie Vergos Rendezvous are 2 places that should be on your Memphis BBQ bucket list. Corky's is has very good pulled/chopped port, but they are famous for their ribs. I have had ribs in KC, TX, Southeast... and the most consistently fantastic ribs are from Corky's. I live in Illinois and probably had 40 racks of Corky's ribs. They are that good. If you have never had Memphis dry rub, try at least half your rack of ribs with dry rub. You won't be sorry. They have a variety of sauces, I would suggest trying their Apple BBQ sauce, it's very unique and very good. Corky's is very much worth a stop
