6.5lb tenderloin dusted with Malcom's AP rub and cooked reverse sear on my Summit gasser. Turned out great; AP rub is really good - first time using it.

I just picked up some “Operation Barbecue” rub at Lowe’s the other day, I like it. Used it on some flank steak and some pork delicious on both.
