Televised BBQ?

(Chris, feel free to move this to wherever you think it belongs.)

I know we're a long way away from the All BBQ TV Network, but in rummaging around online I found a few interesting things:

Tony Bourdain's old Food Network Show, "A Cook's Tour" had an episode on "the barbecue triangle" (TX, NC & KC, with apologies to Memphis.) You can download this via torrent, as there are no DVDs currently available.

The PBS series Great Chefs has a couple of great BBQ shows on DVD:
Great Chefs - Great BBQ
and
Great Chefs Great Southern BBQ

(Check out the section with the video clips, too.)

Finally, it's always fun to sneak on to YouTube for some clips from (I know, I know...he's not everyone's fave, but I like him) Guy Fieri.

Here are my 2 faves:

I am always looking for BBQ shows-I believe I can almost always learn something from each show. I will DVR shows that look promising from either the title or description and give them a try. Guys pretty cool. I will almost always watch what he has to offer.

This past Saturday was a marathon of BBQ. it ran all day.

I search for "Primal Grill", "Barbecue University", "BBQ", "Good Eats" (good ones yesterday) and others about once a week. Problem is I've seen them all... TWICE!
