Anyone with more seasoning experiance know if someone makes anything like this stuff.

Makes the best chicken but this stuff is way expensive and only seasonal.

Ingredients = salt, honey granules, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, spices, sugar, black peper, natural flavoring.

The honey apple sauce has a great taste also.

Ah, the two key ingredients there "spices" and "natural flavoring"

IMO, just use your favourite chicken rub with liquid honey as the base to get the spices to stick to the meat (like when you use mustard on ribs).

The honey won't be "dripping" off the meat (but if you like, it can be).

Smoking it won't be an issue (dripping or not) but if you're grilling, it'll cause a problem either way because of the sugar content.

I suppose you could drizzle the honey on the meat in the final stages of cooking to get that honey taste. OR use a honey-based dipping sauce (with a bit of heat?? by adding some hot pepper flakes to the dip plus maybe some rice vinegar. That dipping mix is divine (I use it as a dipping sauce for calamari but it is also excellent with chicken).
