Tangy Chipotle Sauce

I use a lot of Cholula Chipotle Sauce. I buy it in the 64 oz bottle and keep a big squeeze bottle of it in the cabinet. It’s not as hot as the original Cholula and can be applied safely in large doses. It goes great straight on pulled pork, stir fry and so on. I also mix it with other ingredients. One such mix is a blend with Maria’s Chunky Blue Cheese dressing, in something approaching a 50/50 ratio. The resulting tangy sauce Is good with grilled fish, burgers and brats, grilled chicken, pork. I keep a container of that on hand in the fridge too.
