Greetings all! Been a while since I posted here. Been busy with other things but I have not given up the bbq ofcourse. Just havent had time and energy to take photos. But now I bought my wife a new canon last year so I thought I would use that.
Kicking of the summer with a tag team chicken (2 of them) and mustard potatoes.
2 fine fresh chickens.
Lets keep it simple. Oliveoil, black pepper, salt and grinded chili.
Mustard potatoes. Oliveoil, salt, black pepper and mustard. Rub it in and on the grill. Takes about 1 hour to get soft.
20 minutes after the chicken I put the potatoes on there. Chicken smoked with pecan wood.
Potatoes been on there 30 minutes. 30 to go. I flip them half way trough.
1 hour and 20 minutes in total on the second and we have this.
Ready to eat, whos hungry?
