Done this recently, but here it is anyways. I have been so busy I havent been able to grill much recently. Even though it was pouring rain, there were plenty of leftovers in the fridge, and the kids were crazy....I wanted to fire up my grill.

Mostly paprika, pepper, garlic salt, touch of cayenne, and sprinkle of old bay.

Tacos look good Luke!
How was the salsa? Spicy?

Salsa was spot on. Had some spice to it, and red onion was just chunky enough to give it some nice texture.
Firing up some more fish tonight to finish it off. Figured if I'm grilling tonight, might as well do a practice burn for chuck steak next week. Shooting for 5 hours 225 in a snake and cook dinner at the end of it ;)

Did this beautiful meal settle down those crazy kids, Luke? I'm feelin' a little crazy myself...:)

It did! My 2 year old boy is a crazy-man (as 2 year old boys are). He "helped" me start the grill and hung out with me the whole time. Highlight of my night was him eating my fish! Just tortilla and fish, but pretty complimentary from a picky 2 year old

Right on!!!
Our teams play each other tonight.....:D
