Im not sure about the jam. I would rather mash up some over ripe peaches and a little bit of sugar. But it does look like a full of win sauce

I'm with Todd, the jam is a bit off putting. But I must admit my curiosity is making want to check it out.

Too many ingredients

. AND the sweetness of the jam will really overpower the "hotness" of the sriracha (compare the ratio of this vs the link below). I still like the tried and true 'orange (marmalade) sriracha" sauce. FIrst on wings, it goes great with any version of chicken as well as a dipping sauce with calimari.
