Sweet n sour chicken thighs

Mostly this recipe except I try not to deep fry anymore.

The sauce is spot on. And the chicken marinade is perfect.

I lightly coated the cut up chicken thigh pieces with cornstarch. Then did a wok pan fry to 90% cooked.

Then did the veggies and pineapple and added the chicken back in. Then sauced it all and thinned the sauce with some water for consistency.
