I have a HeaterMeter that I accidentally broke one of the usb ports on the Raspberry pi. I have another Raspberry Pi, the same exact type, sitting around I don't use. Can I just switch out the Raspberry pis? I believe all the software and information is stored on the SD card so as long as those also get swapped, all should work the same correct?

BTW, I see you are in Puyallup. I just moved to Renton and I was not preparred for all the moisture here and how it effected my smoker. Went to use it yesterday and it was nothing but mold

Yeah, If I don't use my UDS within a few weeks then, I have to remove all the charcoal and replace it with new charcoal because of mold.
If you light it up once in a while, it will keep the mold away.
