Actually, subject of a bit of debate here.....I of course, like to add fat to EVERYTHING. I added fat to the pork butts for the Italians - However, the chicken ones were more for my wife, and she 86'ed the idea of adding fat. They actually came out OK in the moisture department. I was a little surprised....
