Surf and Turf

I went to Albertsons today to pick up a few things and they had rib eyes and lobster tails on sale. Picked up a couple of steaks and 4 tails.

Steaks with some Montreal seasoning that I ground up in the spice grinder.

Steaks on the grill with some fingerling potatoes

Flipped. Finally some decent grill marks

Some asparagus in the wok

Plated.

MAN!!!! I'd put a hurtin' on that plate. Not a big fan of lobster (overrated IMHO) but that just made my day.
