Doing fine, Joan. Way northwest of the storm. Central NC. But thanks for the thought. Sad for those who got hit, but glad it didn't pound the same old same old -- like you.
 
SO I got delayed a bit and temps are back up into the 90s with humidity climbing. Summer in these parts typically goes on into mid-Sept or later.

But did fix the blackened fish per @MartinB AND got the proof. They were absolutely wonderful -- just what I've been trying to achieve for so long. Thanks, Martin!

You hardly ever get that offered to you out on the west coast and that’s a shame.

Hey if you get a chance could you post up some taco pics?
I used to make blackened sturgeon tacos but haven’t done that in years.
