Here's some pic's of a couple of my cooks over the weekend.

On the WSM @ 225 degrees

Right before foiling at 165 degrees. Had to foil to break 3 1/2 hour stall at 163 degrees. Pulled at 195 degrees, 12 hour cook for 8 lb. Boston Butt. Very cold outside.

App's for game time, just me and my wife. ABT's and smoked wings on my Performer, set up for smoke.
Did cook Friday night too, Spiced Sea Scallops with Spinach and Soba Noodles. Cook was so short I forgot picture. It was tasty though.
