Stupendous color on the spuds Jim, can you tell me how they were prepared and cooked?
Dave, just sliced in half, a little EVOO and over the fire and smoke. attention as not to burn then sliced and peppered with Penzey's California Seasoned Pepper.

Isn't that a line from a Don Henley song? Monster chops from the master! I'm glad you're liking the Pig Salt:)
