Started off my afternoon making some chicken stock to replenish the freezer. Been making allot of soups lately and going through my stores. $6.00 worth of chicken backs and veggies and I ended up with 10L of stock.

I made this roasted butternut squash soup with a seared sea scallop in it to accompany the wrap for dinner.

Grabbed a nice AAA strip loin and hit it with some Garlic Dry Rub from The Salt Lick restaurant in Texas.

Here it is on the fire with a sirloin tip roast I was cooking for a future post on making my own lunch meat for the first time. It's getting dark by 5:00 up here these days so I had a clip on flood light above the Performer.

And served it with a corn, pepper and jalapeño hash.

All in all it was quite a good meal!

Very nice...thats making me hungry! I like to grill my wraps for a little to warm them up, and it gets the cheese melted as well

Wow. Awesome wrap, even better soup.

You don't see that sentence here very often!

Yeah, I've noticed we're kind of BBQ-centric around here

Thanks for all your kind words people, I was quite happy with how this turned out. Will be doing it again for sure!
