Sundays dijon brownsugar glazed Salmon.

On Sunday I grilled a Salmon filet glazed with a dijon, garlic, brown sugar sauce for my girlfriend and I. On the side we had steamed broccoli and couscous with chedar cheese and brocoli stems mixed in. Here are the few shots I got.

And the finished, plated meal! I like my salmon a cool medium rare. That frosty glass you see is NOT a margarita... It is homemade limeaide I made with the extra limes I had from Cinco De Mayo.

I normally would have used a cedar plank but I forgot to soak one. And again... even though it was a day later, I will blame the Cinco De Mayo margaritas.
