Hope everyone had a great weekend, my wife was gone yesterday evening so I did a simple rib smoke w/some corn on the cob for me and my dad.

2 hours in, ready for foiling w/a little apple juice

sauced, cut, served with corn on the cob. These guys were meaty as could be, pull apart tender, and delicious - served with a modified #5 sauce. Every time I smoke something delicious, I have to thank every fellow Q-nut on this site for their help and insight over the years. My dad loved it all too, for the record. Great success.
