I found this package on sale at Stators, smoked for 3 hrs at 250F, then wrapped in foil for a few more hrs using a mix of oak, hickory wood, very moist and tender

I love this cut, alot of flavor in this cut.
We many times serve this with baked large tomatos, over rice lots of flavors all together.
