I could get on board with a tradition like that Tony! Course if I had a breakfast beer...it would lead to lunch beers...followed by late afternoon beers and of course dinner time...ya I wouldn't get anything accomplished!!

We use our kitchen sometimes.

I use my stove all the time as a prep area for getting food ready for the grill. Its a perfect albeit shiny countertop.

Both. But if its white they will tell you first because everyone is just to red.
Menudo with no hominy is best. Depends where you get it.
