Couple of weeks ago, I made my first ever homemade bacon. I used the 22.5 WSM with some apple wood for smoke. #3.5 belly smoked at 205F. My wife said that we are never buying store brand bacon again. Anyways, this morning I made my wife some bacon and pumpkin pancakes from Trader Joe's. Here are some pics from this morning. Please enjoy!!
