Today was clean out the refrigerator meatloaf.
On to the smoker with hickory chunks. Plan on smoking between 300 to 325.
Done at 165 degrees. Will tent while beans are getting hot.
Baked beans on the smoker.
Plated, with tomato, cucumber and onion salad.
Probably one of the best meat loaf's I have done. Very moist and delicious!
