Sunday Meatloaf and Baked Beans

Today was clean out the refrigerator meatloaf.

On to the smoker with hickory chunks. Plan on smoking between 300 to 325.

Done at 165 degrees. Will tent while beans are getting hot.

Baked beans on the smoker.

Plated, with tomato, cucumber and onion salad.

Probably one of the best meat loaf's I have done. Very moist and delicious!

I'd hafta eet BOTH those plates and stop ya before you put away the leftovers! Meatloaf don't last long in this house.

Jim: No diet here, didn't want to let my eyes dictate how much my belly could handle. Did go back for 2nd on everything!

Jeff: Just put some onion and bacon in the beans; bacon was partially cooked. Next time will saute the onion before putting it in the beans.
